Tusker fc 4-0 Muhoroni youth fc
Tusker revived themselves with a great win after scoring Muhoroni youth 4-0 in a match played at the Ruaraka grounds on Sunday, 15th October 2017.
In the match, Tusker dominated the better part of the match and had chances in front of the away goal. In the 10th minute of the game, from a well curved cross from Danson Kago found Khamati who simply scored his first goal for Tusker to gain more momentum in the game. Lloyd Wahome had a better chance to double the lead in the 20th minute after a foul by Faina on Michael Khamati was rebounded back finding Lloyd Wahome ready but his shot went off target.
On the 39th minute Brian Osumba’s shot towards goal met with Faina’s hand which was later called for a penalty. Mieno doubled the lead before teams headed for half time break.
As the teams returned for second half, George Nsimbe’s side maintained their dominance and in 4 minutes after the whistle, Shivachi was fouled and from a set piece well taken by James Situma found Khamati who doubled the lead and a brace for him.
As the home team were busy searching on how to equalize the game, they found the defenders solid as Eugine Asike was very ready to clear it out for Corner take.
Tusker bench made double changes introducing Allan Wanga and Boniface Muchiri for Michael Khamati and Noah Wafula.
Tusker fc will take on Nakumatt fc next on a midweek clash on 18th October before travelling away to Bungoma for Saturday match against Nzoia sugar fc.
