Peter Nzuki and Faraj Ominde have both recovered from a Soft tissue injury on the right shin and sprained left ankle injuries respectively hence resumed training with the rest of the squad.

Meanwhile, team doctor, Wycliffe Makanga provided the following injury updates:

“Clyde Senaji Navade was injured during a friendly match in pre-season. He fractured his 5th metatarsal left ankle. He will be off training for 8 weeks.”

“Erick Ambunya was injured in our last Kenyan premier league match against Western Stima following a Tackle from the opponent. This led to his substitution in the second half of the match. Confirming from the X-ray, it was reported that he incurred a facture on his right wrist. He will undergo further orthopedic management.”

Michael Madoya has a Soft tissue injury of the right thigh muscle after over stretching his lower limb during the Western Stima FC match.

Tusker will host Mt. Kenya United in a Sportpesa premier league match at the Moi International sports center Kasarani on Sunday 23, December (kick-off is at 3pm).
